When you spend over £40.00, you can enjoy our Tracked 24hr service free, which ensures speedy delivery straight to your doorstep within 24 hours, while providing full tracking capabilities. Alternatively, if your order total is £20 but less than £40, you can opt for our Non Tracked 48hr service, which guarantees delivery within 48 hours.

For orders under £20, we provide the same fast Tracked 24® delivery method for just £2.99.

Orders placed before 2.00 pm (Monday-Friday) & 10:30 am (Saturday) are dispatched the same working day. All orders placed after 10.30 am on Saturday will be dispatched on Monday.

1.1 Cheap Elf is a responsible retailer with a legal obligation to ensure all customers buying from us are at least 18 years of age. Your first order with us will be processed using the services of 1Account to verify your age.

1.2 All orders are sent in discreet packaging.

1.3 If your order hasn't arrived within the specified timeframe shown for the delivery method chosen, please contact us within 10 days of the date we dispatched your order so that we can investigate with the relevant handler.

1.4 Unfortunately, we are unable to investigate or replace any missing deliveries reported to us after 10 working days.

1.5 If there is a discrepancy with your delivery, please contact us immediately, so we can help resolve any issues.

1.6 *While 98% of the orders we ship do arrive within the specified time frames, once the parcel leaves with us, it’s down to the Royal Mail to deliver your purchase in the time frames stated above. If your order hasn’t turned up the next day, don’t worry, in 99% of cases, it will arrive the next day.

Returns Policy

Please email us with your return request, including your original order number and the reason for your return. Our team will then review your request & reply with further instructions on how your items can be sent back.

We utilize a range of 3rd party couriers to fulfill our orders based on their size, weight, and destination. Regrettably, there are rare instances where parcels may encounter delays, damages, or even get lost. If you encounter any delivery issues, kindly notify us at your earliest convenience, as we may not be aware of the situation until you inform us.

Our goal is to deliver all orders within the estimated delivery timeframe. If for any reason, we are unable to meet the specified time, we will promptly notify you. Our delivery associates consist of Royal Mail, Hermes, Yodel, DPD, DHL, UPS, and UK Mail.

If your return is approved, please ensure your items are well-packaged to ensure maximum protection on their bumpy ride back.

While we will accept returns for products you no longer require, we can only accept returns if the items are in a brand new and unused condition.

Errors and shortages

Errors and shortages must be notified within 3 days of receipt.

Faulty items

If you received a faulty item, you must notify us within 30 days of the goods being received.

If you inform us of the faults after the 30-day period, we are unable to accept returns.
